You may already know that we are the No. 1 in terms of audience metrics, according to BRAT data. To provide concrete details: we have a weekly reach of 19%, 22% reach on the Core Target (ages 18-49), and over 2 million views per week. On average, each ad is viewed approximately 8 times per week, with an average viewing time between 1 and 3.5 minutes.

The audience of Cocor MediaChannel primarily consists of individuals with medium to high incomes and higher education. Our strategic location opposite the Historic Center of the capital, with numerous tourist and entertainment attractions, combined with our placement on one of the busiest boulevards in the city, ensures an impressive flow of potential viewers for the campaigns we run.

Discount and sales

The rates for Cocor MediaChannel are calculated in euros, and discounts vary depending on the budgets allocated for campaigns:

*Cocor MediaChannel promotional packages can include broadcasts, PR coverage, live broadcasts and interactive multimedia packages (online+TV+outdoor).
*The percentage discount will be negotiated for each agency at the end of the year and in the case of annual deals, the offer will be applied at the beginning of each year.

Buying Terms

To secure exclusivity for a specific product category, an additional fee of 50% of the total cost of spots will apply, but this will not exceed a period of 3 months per year.
Prime Time displays or other specific placements will incur an additional charge of 30% or 20% of the total broadcast cost, respectively.
For spots featuring other brands, an additional co-branding fee of 25% of the total cost of spots will apply.
Multimedia projects (DOOH + online + live TV) are available only upon request.
The payment term is 45 days.
For campaigns lasting multiple consecutive months, billing will occur at the end of each month.
For late payments, a penalty of 0.2%/day will be applied.
For advance payments, an additional discount or additional broadcasts will be offered, depending on the negotiated. terms.

Creative Media – DOOH (Digital Out of Home)

DOOH stands for “Digital Out of Home” and represents a marketing channel where advertising campaigns (commercial spots, promotions, corporate announcements, personal ads, etc.) are dynamically and digitally displayed in public outdoor spaces.

Using LED screens of various sizes, both static and dynamic advertisements, including video and animation, can be shown. Digital screens can display multiple ads in a loop, which minimizes physical space and allows for more ads to be shown. This advantage optimizes revenue for those choosing this option to promote their products or services.

In major cities, DOOH is a modern and innovative way to promote products and services, contributing to a sophisticated urban feel and attracting brands from all categories. Furthermore, Cocor screens have advanced to a new level by connecting to the virtual environment, transforming campaigns into interactive vehicles where consumers can engage with brands in real-time. For instance, the largest of our screens, Screen B, can connect in real-time to any online page—from Facebook and Instagram to other specific websites—through streaming services. This creative approach has allowed us to execute many successful ATL+BTL projects over the past 16 years.

In addition to our BRAT membership, Cocor MediaChannel is the only DOOH provider in Romania that offers continuous activity monitoring through its webcam, which can be accessed on the homepage at www.cocormediachannel.ro/live.

Technical Specifications

Video files and static images submitted for campaigns on the Cocor media façade must meet specific technical format and size requirements in order to be displayed correctly on the LED screens.

Video Clips

Final video files must be submitted in .MP4 format using either HEVC (H.265) or H.264, with 30 FPS and square pixels.

They must match the resolutions specified for the three types of LED displays:

1728 x 1008 pixels for screen A
1728 x 3456 pixels for screen B
480 x 720 pixels for C screens

The videos should be suitable for both portrait and landscape viewing, as shown in the placement examples.

Static Images

Static images must also be submitted at the correct resolutions for the three types of screens used on the Cocor media façade. The required format is JPEG, with a minimum pixel density of 72 DPI to ensure the best possible image clarity.
