You may already know that we are the No. 1 in terms of audience metrics, according to BRAT data. To provide concrete details: we have a weekly reach of 19%, 22% reach on the Core Target (ages 18-49), and over 2 million views per week. On average, each ad is viewed approximately 8 times per week, with an average viewing time between 1 and 3.5 minutes.

Creative Media – DOOH (Digital Out of Home)

DOOH stands for “Digital Out of Home” and represents a marketing channel where advertising campaigns (commercial spots, promotions, corporate announcements, personal ads, etc.) are dynamically and digitally displayed in public outdoor spaces.

Using LED screens of various sizes, both static and dynamic advertisements, including video and animation, can be shown. Digital screens can display multiple ads in a loop, which minimizes physical space and allows for more ads to be shown. This advantage optimizes revenue for those choosing this option to promote their products or services.

In major cities, DOOH is a modern and innovative way to promote products and services, contributing to a sophisticated urban feel and attracting brands from all categories. Furthermore, Cocor screens have advanced to a new level by connecting to the virtual environment, transforming campaigns into interactive vehicles where consumers can engage with brands in real-time. For instance, the largest of our screens, Screen B, can connect in real-time to any online page—from Facebook and Instagram to other specific websites—through streaming services. This creative approach has allowed us to execute many successful ATL+BTL projects over the past 16 years.

In addition to our BRAT membership, Cocor MediaChannel is the only DOOH provider in Romania that offers continuous activity monitoring through its webcam, which can be accessed on the homepage at www.cocormediachannel.ro/live.

Technical Specifications

Video files and static images sent for campaigns on the Cocor media facade must meet certain technical requirements for format and size to run on the LED screens.

Video clips

The final video files must be sent in .avi format, uncompressed, and meet the resolutions of the 3 types of LED display:

  • 288 pixels x 512 pixels for screen A
  • 512 pixels x 1024 pixels for screen B
  • 192 pixels x 288 pixels for screens C

 

They must be suitable for viewing in both portrait and landscape format, as seen in the video placement examples.

Other necessary characteristics for video files are related to the number of frames per second (FPS), which must be 29.97 or 30 FPS. The video standard used can be NTSC or SECAM, but not PAL.

Static images

In the case of images, they must be sent at the appropriate resolutions for the 3 types of screens used by the Cocor media facade. The format must be JPEG, with a pixel density per inch of at least 72 DPI, for the best possible image clarity.
